ich fasse mich kurz, deshalb erstmal meine Konfiguration:
Motherboard SA Spacewalker AK-31.2
BIOS Award v 6.00 PG
Primary Master: EIDE Festplatte 80 GB
Primary Slave: EIDE Festplatte 40 GB
Secondary Master: EIDE DVD-Laufwerk
Secondary Slave EIDE Brenner
Alles funktioniert soweit einwandfrei, nur dass die PS-Festplatte schon im BIOS nur mit 2 statt 40 GB erkannt wird.
Woran könnte das liegen??
Schonmal vielen Dank für die Hilfe.

P.S. Die Platte hatte 4 Partitionen, die auch anfangs inklusive Daten von Win98 korrekt erkannt wurden. Mittels fdisk wollte ich sie neu partitionieren und habe dabei das Problem bemerkt.
