fenster zu gross

hallo,

verwende slackware 11 mit kde 3.5.6

die fenstergrösse im konqueror passt genau mit meinem bildschirm überein.

wenn ich aber was im kontrollzentrum aufrufe, passiert es manchmal, dass die fenster zu gross sind (man kommt nicht mehr an die knöpfe rechts oben)

natürlich kann man das verschieben.

aber kann man das wo einstellen, dass die fenster immer ins display passen?

hat da jemand eine idee, wo man da schrauben könnte.

ps: ist ein notebook ibm t42 mit 14 inch. auflösung 1024x768

Hallo,
versuch mal, statt den "radeon" den "fglrx" als Treiber zu verwenden.
Dann: welche Auflösung hast Du aktuell?
Wenn Du mit 1024x768 fährst, dann nimm mal die 800x600 und die 640x480 aus der xorg.conf raus.
