Hallo, kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich -ohne Benutzerhandbuch, das mir beim Umzug abhanden gekommen ist - den Fehlercode ##345 behben kann? Sobald ich den Drucker anschalte, knattert es und die Patronen sind rechts im 'Kasten' und kommen nicht mehr zur Mitte, so dass ich sie nicht mehr erreichen kann.

Kurz:
I have an error code ##345 on my mp390 printer. I spoke with Canon support and they advised this is a print head problem. As my printer is 18 months old and out of warranty I decided to buy a new print head and install it myself rather than pay for their engineer to come and fix it, but when the new print head arrived it hasn't worked any different - I still have the same error code ##345 - does anyone know what I've done wrong.
