Hallo!
Ich habe mein Problem nun schon ein mehreren Foren beschrieben. Leider hat kaum ein Vorschlag funktioniert den ich erhalten habe.
Das Problem ist folgendes:
Ich habe die Soundkarte Soundblaster 16 (ISA-Slot) und die Fritz!Card USB v2.0.
Da an meinem Meinboard keine USB-Stecker vorhanden waren mußte ich es mit einer USB-Steckkarte (PCI-Slot) aufrüsten. Meine Fritz!Card USB v2.0 wird bei der Installation von SuSE Linux 7.2 PROFESSIONAL leider nicht erkannt. Allerdings wird meine Soundkarte direkt nach der Installation erkannt und ist auch funktionstüchtig.
Ich habe mir daraufhin die CAPI4Linux-Treiber heruntergeladen und sie installiert. Nach anfänglichen Problemen habe ich sie schließlich zum laufen gebracht. Leider ergaben sich daraus große Probleme mit meiner Soundkarte. Anstelle von Sound erhalte ich lediglich Meldungen auf meiner Console. Hier habe ich einmal die Ausgaben aufgeführt wie sie bei einem Start von KDE2 vorkommen:

Ich habe dieses Problem auch schon AVM (dem Hersteller der Fritz!Card) geschildert welcher als Auslöser IRQ-Sharing verantwortlich machte. Allerdings habe ich auf einen früheren Beitrag in einem Forum eine Antwort erhalten in der aufgeführt war, dass IRQ-Sharing nur mit PCI-Slots möglich ist. Da meine Soundkarte in einem ISA-Slot steckt ist IRQ-Sharing wohl dann nicht der Auslöser, oder?
Vielleicht hatte jemand von auch auch schon einmal ein solches oder ähnliches Problem und könnte mir bei diesem Helfen. Ich würde mich über jede Antwort freuen.
