Ram altes Notebook

hallo!

Wer kann mitr sagen, oder hat welche, oder weiss welche , die ich in mein altes Schneider- Notebook , 266 Mhz, mit 2 x 64 mb, reinstecken kann, zum Aufrüsten . ???????
Wenn möglich auf 2x 128, 256 , oder 512 mb. Einen PC 133- Ram nimmt es nicht.

Habe mit CPU-Z ausgelesen und abgetippt:


Es ist ein Samsung-430TX Board, Chipset I430TX, Southbridge 82371AB (PIIX4) Bios Samsung Version 4.0R6.0 08CW, Intel Mobile Pentium MMX TCP Mobile, 266.7 Mhz, 2 x 64 MB EDO Ram, .

Die .Txt- Datei des CPÜ-Z lässt sich nicht einfügen.

Hast du die Speicher gemischt?

72-polige SO-DIMMs sind üblicherweise mit FPM- oder EDO-Chips mit 5 V oder 3,3 V bestückt, 144-polige mit EDO- oder SDRAM-Chips mit 3,3 V. In der Anfangszeit vor der endgültigen Festigung des Standards bei 144-poligen EDO-SO-DIMMs implementierten mehrere Hersteller zueinander inkompatible Abweichungen, so dass diese Module nicht immer untereinander austauschbar sind.

Das maximum beim 430TX wären 256MB, es ist aber fraglich ob das überhaupt Sinn macht.

Optionen

2x SO-DIMM 128MB PC100 (PC66) 144pin sind da absolutes Maximum und auch die müßen da nicht laufen!

Dummerweise ist die Cacheable Area beim Intel TX Chipsatz nur 64MB groß:

Aufrüsten ist da sinnfrei.

hallo Chrissy und Alpha 13 !
vielen Dank für eure Tips, habe auch alle Links angeschaut, es ist aber wahrscheinlich so, wie auf Asus beschrieben , dass das Board bzw. der Chipsatz, wie gesagt, nur gesamt 128 mb erlaubt. Schade.!!! 2 x 64 MB sind ja drinnen, die sind 3.3 V., EDO-Ram, wäre zu schön, wenn mehr gehen würde.
Vielleicht wisst Ihr noch etwas anderes, werde es im Auge behalten.
Schneider hat da nur sein Pickerl draufgeklebt, sein tut es aber ein Asus.
Anbei die .txt- Datei des CPU-Z, als Datei lässt Sie sdich nicht einfügen, daher die ganzen Zeilen.

Wenn du die Beiträge gelesen hättest, wüsstest du wie viel rein geht und das es nichts bringt.

Das Notebook kommt ursprünglich von Samsung (S620) und wurde von Schneider als CPA600 vertrieben. Etwas verwundert hat mich die Rage 3D LT-G.
