Hallo , ich habe Microsoft Private Folder 1.0 installiert und bis gestern lief alles gut . Jetzt öffnen ich meinen verschlüsselten Ordner ganz normal mit meinen Paßwort, was auch funktioniert , jedoch gehe ich mit Mauspfeil auf meine daten startet der PC neu. Es geht laufend so , ich komme nicht mehr an meine Daten , wie Briefe u.ä. . Könnt Ihr mir helfen. Vielen Dank .

Nach einem Neustart erhältst du nun einen BlueScreen, auf dem technische Angaben zur Absturzursache angegeben werden.

Deaktiviere mal deinen Virenschutz (Avast) und probiere dann erneut, auf den Ordner zuzugreifen.

Hallo, leider hat es kein erfolg gehabt , habe avast beendet , trotzdem Absturz. Macht es sinn , den ordner auf ein USB Stick zu verschieben um dann zu öffnen?

Ich würde zunächst dafür sorgen, dass die Daten nicht mehr verschlüsselt sind, damit sie dir für den Fall, dass du das Problem nicht loswirst, nicht verloren gehen.
Dazu in den abgesicherten Modus gehen (F8-Taste drücken, bevor Windows hochfährt).
Da hast du gute Chancen, dass das Problem nicht auftaucht.
Anschließend diesen Ordner auf ein anderes Laufwerk kopieren (Stick, Festplatte, u.dgl.) und nur einen des jetzt doppelt vorhandenen Ordners verschlüsseln.
Dann wieder normal starten, Avast deinstallieren, den Computer neu starten und schauen, was jetzt passiert.
Selbstverständlich in dieser Zeit nicht ins Internet gehen.
Sollte das Problem dann nicht mehr auftauchen, entweder Avast neu installieren (mit etwas Glück reicht das) oder einen anderen Virenschutz verwenden (z.B. AntiVir).
Alternativ könntest du auch Private Folder deinstallieren, den Computer neu starten und erneut aufspielen.
Eine reine Verlagerung des Ordners an einer anderen Stelle, wie von dir nachgefragt, dürfte das Problem nicht lösen.
Bevor du all das jedoch machst, lade dir zuvor die neuesten Versionen von Avast und AntiVir aus dem Internet, damit du dieses nicht im tun musst, wenn der Schutz deinstalliert ist.

Hallo, danke für die bisherigen Antworten , leider ist im abgesicherten Modus das gleiche Problem da, bei der Paßworteingabe kommt sogar eine Fehlermeldung.

Wenn irgend möglich, die Verschlüsselung aufheben.
Dann Avast deinstallieren und den ehemals verschlüsselten Ordner auf einen Stick kopieren (nicht verschieben - die Daten sollten doppelt vorhanden sein, auf verschiedenen Datenträgern. Nur dann kann von einer Datensicherung die Rede sein).

Hallo , Problem gelöst , MS Private Folder Speichert alle Datein in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Anna\My Private Folder\. Diesen Ordner konnte ich ohne Probleme öffnen und meine Daten retten , nur auf dem Ordner auf dem Arbeitsplatz nicht.

Hallo Shrek3 , wollte noch mitteilen . das ich private Folder deinstalliert habe und die Daten die nicht so wichtig waren immer noch da waren , aber diesmal logischerweise unverschlüsselt.
